Breathwork
Breathwork is a conscious breathing practice that helps bring the body back into balance. By slowing and deepening the breath, we signal safety to the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with the present moment. Breathwork can be both grounding and energizing, offering a natural way to soften stress and support emotional and physical well being.
Somatic Movement
Somatic movement focuses on gentle, intentional movement that helps release stored tension and reconnect you to your body. Rather than pushing or forcing, this practice invites awareness, ease, and nervous system regulation. It supports the body in letting go of stress while building a deeper sense of presence, trust, and embodiment.
